A woman drowned at the beach at night. What happened?

After a nice beer-drinking evening the couple went to the beach and had sex in the water. During the intercourse the woman went under water for giving the man a blow job. He became excited and put his hands on her head. After a while the woman stopped sucking and as she emerged she was dead. She had passed out from the alcohol and drowned.
