A spontaneous couple had sex in a hotel bathroom. They passionately switched positions from the shower to the washbasins and then up against the wall. As the man backed up from his girlfriend who was pressed against the wall she fell to the floor and was dead. A towel hook had been rammed into her spine as her boyfriend pushed her up the wall.
